"Public Services - A New Level!"

The project is being implemented with the financial support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH (GIZ Uzbekistan).

Project Goal: To increase the awareness of citizens in the city of Kuvasay and the Kuva district of Fergana region about available public services, their benefits, and the procedures for obtaining them, with the aim of expanding the population's access to these services and increasing their satisfaction.

📣On August 25–26, 2025, a training session was held in the conference hall of the “Ziyorat” hotel in Fergana city, organized by the Fergana branch of the public association “Yuksak Salohiyat” within the framework of the project “Public Services – A New Level!”.
☄️The event was attended by 30 social workers, active and respected women from the neighborhood citizens' assemblies (mahallas) of Kuvasoy city, who improved their knowledge on providing public services to the population.
‼️During the training, participants not only gained essential knowledge and skills, but also received methodological manuals and various informational materials related to working with the population. Since the sessions were conducted in an interactive format, participants also mastered the methodology for conducting cascade trainings in their local communities.
📌This initiative is being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of the "Effective Governance" program, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ).

🛎On August 26, 2025, within the framework of the “Effective Governance” program implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Fergana branch of the public association “Yuksak Salohiyat” equipped two neighborhood citizens' assemblies (mahallas) located in remote target areas with technical equipment and office furniture as part of the “Public Services – A New Level!” project.
📌In the “Pastki Valik” mahalla of Kuvasoy city and the “Chilon” mahalla of Kuva district, rooms were allocated and equipped with a monoblock computer, a printer, two desks, and two chairs within the framework of the “Public Services – A New Level!” project.

📣📣📣 During the first ten days of this year, the Fergana branch of the public association “Yuksak Salohiyat” conducted seven mini-trainings in several general education schools in the city of Kuvasay as part of the project “Public Services – A New Level!”
☄️Throughout the trainings, senior students received not only essential knowledge and skills about public services but also other useful information and educational materials relevant to their daily lives. The participants demonstrated high engagement and enthusiasm during the sessions.
📌This initiative was implemented within the framework of the “Effective Governance” program, funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the Good Governance in Uzbekistan program, implemented in cooperation between the Yuksalish movement and the German organization GIZ, a practical training for NGOs on writing success stories was organized. Employees of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak salohiyat" took an active part in the training, where they gained new knowledge and shared their experience with colleagues.
