The Fergana branch of the Yuksak Salohiyat public Association, with the support of the Eurasia Foundation, is implementing its pilot project "The Youth of Fergana - for a bright Future!" within the framework of the program "Social Innovations in Central Asia", funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The mission of the project: Within 6 months to raise awareness on improving labor rights compliance of 80 small and medium-sized enterprises in 4 regions of Fergana oblast and to contribute to the creation of an inclusive working environment.
📣 📣 📣 On July 20 of this year, the Fergana branch of the public association "High Potential" "Fergana Youth – for a bright future!" Within the framework of the project, a round table was held on the topic "Studying the needs and demands of the population – an innovative approach to solving society's problems."
✅The event was attended by the Governor's Office of the Ferghana region, district and city departments of the Association of Microdistricts of Uzbekistan, UZNTMA, NGOs, the Eurasian Fund, deputies and IFM, as well as representatives of the media.
🔰During the event, the results of a study conducted among residents of 5 districts of the region were presented, as well as work plans and programs prepared with the cooperation of youth leaders, neighborhood chairmen and activists, government agencies, representatives of business and civil society. In order to eliminate the problems identified in the 10 target MFGS, information was provided through videos and presentations.
☄️These actions are carried out on the basis of the paragraph of the STRATEGY "Uzbekistan – 2030" of our state entitled "Improving the effectiveness of the system for identifying and solving problems of the population by further expanding ties with the people."
♻️At the end of the event, "Letters of thanks" were presented to the chairmen of the microdistricts who actively participated in the project.
From June 7-8, 2024, the Fergana branch of the Yuksak Salohiyat Public Association held a training seminar "The youth of Fergana – for the future!" in accordance with the work plan of the project on the topic "Writing social projects".
✅The training was attended by youth leaders and active women from the cities of Ferghana, Margilan, Kuvasai and Tashlak and Ferghana districts of the Ferghana region.
❗️ The aim of the project is to develop community activities by training qualified youth leaders in the districts and studying the problems and needs of local communities, as well as including these plans in the local annual development plans of the district committees.
🔰This project is implemented within the framework of the program "Social Innovations in Central Asia" (SPECA), which is implemented by the Eurasia Foundation and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
📣 📣 📣 On May 22, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the Yuksak Salohiyat Public Association within the framework of the project "The Youth of Fergana - forward to the future!" A training study was conducted on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population – an innovative approach to solving the problems of society" in the Yangiabad mahalla of Kuvasai city together with the residents of the community.
💬Study participants: men, women and youth.
❗️ 9 tasks were put forward in different directions: the negative impact of the urban landfill on the residents of the microdistrict, expand the Makhalla outpatient clinic, gasify the houses of residents of Navruz Street, open a sewing workshop for women and a training center for young people, as well as install a traffic light on a busy road. By voting, the most urgent problem was identified: to install a traffic light on a busy road for a safe crossing.
📣 📣 📣 On May 21, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - forward to the future!" a study - training on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving the problems of society" was conducted in the "Khuvaido" mahalla of the city of Kuvasay together with residents of the community
💬Training participants: women and youth.
❗️ 19 tasks in different areas were put forward, but the most pressing ones were determined by voting: opening of a training center for youth, traffic light, recreation area for youth.
📣 📣 📣 On May 20, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - forward, to the future!" a study - training was conducted on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving the problems of society" in the mahalla "Sadda" of Margilan.
💬Training participants: women and youth.
❗️ 2 problems were put forward: the lack of a canteen at school, the installation of a traffic light.
📣 📣 📣 On May 20, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - forward, to the future!" a study - training was conducted on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving the problems of society" in the Yorkin makhalla of Margilan.
💬Training participants: men, women and youth.
❗️ 7 problems were put forward in different areas, but the most pressing ones were determined by voting: global problems: the need to supply gas to the streets; installation of a traffic light in the block; installation of a tray on a ditch.
📣 📣 📣 On May 18, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - forward, to the future!" a study - training was conducted on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving social problems" in the Yakkatut makhalla of the Tashlak district.
💬Training participants: assakals, women and youth who actively participated in identifying problems and finding solutions.
❗️ 25 problems in different areas were put forward, but the most pressing ones were identified by voting: global problems: the need to pave the streets, open a medical center for the population; opening of a sewing workshop for employment of women.
❗️At the opening of the training, the deputy khokim of the district, the head of the department for family and women's affairs of the Tashlak district, Marasulova Umidakhon Bannobovna, took part and expressed her opinion.
📣 📣 📣 On May 17, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - forward, to the future!" a study - training on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving the problems of society" was conducted in the Afrosiyab mahalla of Fergana.
💬Training participants: elders, women and members of the local council actively participated in identifying problems and finding solutions.
❗️22 problems in different areas were put forward, but the most pressing ones were identified by voting: a safe road for schoolchildren, a health center, a playground, and the construction of a mosque.
📣 📣 📣On May 16, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salokhiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - forward to the future!" a study was conducted - training on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving the problems of society" in the mahalla "Yangi Yul" of the Fergana region.
💬Training participants: elders, women and youth actively participated in identifying problems and finding ways to solve them.
❗️During the training, the head of sector 4 of this district of the Fergana region also expressed his positive opinion about the event.
❗️ 19 tasks were put forward in different areas, but the most pressing ones were determined by voting: a women's salon, a training center for teaching young people professions, a confectionery shop for employing women.
❗️ The training participants learned their opinion on solving problems on each individual problem.
📣 📣 📣On May 15, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salokhiyat" within the framework of the project "Youth of Fergana - for a bright future!" a study - training was conducted on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving social problems" in the mahalla "Uzbekistan" of Fergana.
💬Training participants: elderly people, women and young people actively participated in identifying problems and finding solutions.
❗️ 17 problems were put forward in different areas, but the most pressing ones were determined by voting: construction of a mosque, a sports ground for young people, installation of a traffic light at the busiest intersection.
❗️ The training participants expressed their opinion on each individual problem on solving the identified problems.
📣📣📣The Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" with the support of the Eurasia Foundation within the framework of the Social Innovations in Central Asia program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is conducting a 4-day training (April 2-5, 2024) for youth leaders of a number of mahallas from Fergana, Margilan, Kuvasay, Tashlak and Fergana districts and their volunteers.
👍The topic of the training is "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving community problems!".
📌The purpose of the training is to teach the training participants the methodology of studying the needs and requirements of the local population in order to identify them, prepare a program to solve them and include the developed documents in the development plans of their mahallas.
➡️The next stage of the project will be holding meetings with residents of target mahallas in the regions to jointly develop plans to overcome the identified problems in these mahallas.
➡️The training is conducted in an interactive form, the participants are enthusiastic and full of ideas for working in their mahallas!
➡️As part of the project, an information and resource center has been opened, which will provide free services at this stage for youth leaders, and later for young people from low-income families who do not have the opportunity to purchase office equipment.
On April 2, 2024, the opening of the information and resource center for youth took place at the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat". The event was attended by the head of the Fergana regional office of NANAU of Uzbekistan Fozilova D. and interested persons.
📣📣📣On May 13, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the project "Youth of Fergana - for a bright future!", the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" in the mahalla "Gurovvol" of Margilan held a training meeting with residents of the mahalla on the topic "Studying the needs and requirements of the population - an innovative approach to solving them!".
💬The training participants: aksakals, women, youth took an active part in identifying problems and finding solutions.
☄️The chairman of the mahalla citizens' assembly of the mahalla "Gurovvol" of Margilan, Abdurakhmanov Khikmatullo Umarovich, personally took an active part from beginning to end together with the elders of the mahalla.
🔥23 problems in different areas were put forward, but the most pressing ones were determined by voting: a playground for children aged 3 to 10, since there are a lot of children in this mahalla, opening a canteen at school and a library.

📣📣📣The Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat", with the support of the Eurasia Foundation within the framework of the "Social Innovations in Central Asia" program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), from April 2 to April 5, 2024, held a 4-day TOT for youth leaders of mahalla gatherings of citizens of Fergana, Margilan, Kuvasay, Tashlak and Fergana districts of the Fergana region.
📌The goal of the project is to teach the training participants the methodology of working with the community to determine their needs and requirements and ways to further solve the identified problems.
⚡️For 3 days, the seminar was held in the office, but on the 4th day of the seminar, we decided to hold a practical lesson in the "Yangi Asr" mahalla of the Fergana region.
