"A HEALTHY WOMAN IS A HEALTHY FAMILY!"

The Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak salogiyat" "Healthy woman - healthy family!" implemented the project in cooperation with the regional, district departments of mahalla and family support, regional and district health departments.

Project Mission: To promote awareness raising of 6500 beneficiaries from the city of Margilan, Fergana, Altyaryk, Tashlak, Kushtepa, Baghdad and Rishtan districts on reproductive health and law, including the negative consequences of consanguineous and early marriages, prevention of breast cancer, as well as the creation of conditions for obtaining additional medical services in this area, through the training of deputy chairmen of mahalla committees in 210 mahallas. In order to provide quality information and services, seminars and trainings were organized and conducted.

Round table - 2

On December 24, 2021, according to the goals and objectives of theproject "Healthy Woman - Healthy Family", the final Round Table was held with the participation of partners of the organization, deputy khokims, heads of district mahalla and family support departments from 7 districts of the Fergana region, senior nurses of district health departments and 5 most active patronage nurses from each district, A total of 62 people. Partners and participants were presented with the results of the project activities, achievements and difficulties of implementation. As a result of the Round Table, everyone was presented with letters of thanks, certificates and small gifts. The event was attended by Tulkina Abdujalilovna Tojieva, Deputy Khokim of the Fergana region, Deputy Head of the Mahalla and Family Support Department, who highly appreciated the activity of the Fergana branch and expressed her gratitude to the staff, coaches and partners. The activities of the Fergana branch on the prevention of early and consanguineous marriages, the prevention of breast cancer, the training of women in the examination itself made a great resonance socially. The issue of breast cancer prevention has not been carried out on such a scale since 2000. Deputy khokim of Kushtepa district, deputy head of the mahalla and family support department Muydinova Muhabbatkhan presented a letter of thanks from the Kushtepa district khokimiyat and a gift to a representative of the Fergana branch of the Yuksak Salokhiyat public association. First Deputy Head of the Health Department of the Fergana region Azamjon Abdurazakov, one of the main partners of the project, also highly appreciated and supported the activities of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salokhiyat" and expressed the wish to continue this activity in other districts of the Fergana region.

The participants took an active part in the discussion. After the round table, the participants were invited to lunch.

Information about the round table was broadcast on the regional TV channel "Fergana-24".
