INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Improvement of the material and technical base of the Fergana branch of the "Yuksak Salohiyat" Public Association, as well as training and capacity building of staff and volunteers. The project is funded by the Eurasia Foundation.

On July 14, 2022, the Fergana branch of Yuksak Salohiyat launched its activities under the "Institutional Development" project funded by the Eurasia Foundation.

The following work was done during the reporting period:

 Fully equipped office of the organization.

 Policies have been prepared:

 Policy "Providing for Staff Training Needs" for 2022-2025.

 Policy "Standards of service in the conduct of trainings and seminars».

 «Communications Policy».

 Conducted a study among young people on the needs for training, compiled an analytical report on the study.

 A training plan for staff and volunteers of the Fergana branch of Yuksak Salohiyat for 2022-2025 was developed

 A strategic plan for the development of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat Yuksak Salohiyat for 2022-2025.

 Developed a manual for young people to promote healthy lifestyles, prevent early and kinship marriages, and HIV/AIDS for TOT participants.

 Module for conducting the TOT was developed.

 Developed six types of presentations for training sessions.

 Open pages in Facebook, Instagram and social networks.

 An audit of the Fergana branch of the public association "Yuksak Salohiyat" is being conducted

 A program was developed to train psychologists from secondary schools in several regions of Fergana Province to promote healthy lifestyles, prevent early and kinship marriages, and prevent HIV/AIDS.

Employees and volunteers participate in seminars and trainings from various organizations to increase the capacity of employees.
